Which personal data vi collect, why and how we process them
1. Personal data:
(a) will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
(b) will only be collected for our newsletter and courses and will not be processed other way.
(c) will be limited to name, mail address and date of prescription for the newsletters. For the ordering of a course personal data will be saved together with the necessary company details for invoicing, for sending course information before and after the course, and for the production of course certificates.
(d) will be updated directly after a mailing run or if desired by the subject. On request of the subject his or hers data will be erased without delay.
(e) will be kept in an electronic database. For courses paper lists are used for registration purposes, which will be destructed after handing over of the certificates.
(f) will further be saved with secret passwords on computer systems that will be erased completely when replaced.
2. Controller
The controller is responsible for and is able to demonstrate compliance with these principles.
3. Processing will be lawful according to one of the followings:
(a) The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
(b) The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
(c) The processing may be necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
(d) The processing may be necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
